Start Time: February 21, 2014 09:00 | End Time: February 22, 2014 17:00
Location: Government Online Centre, Ebene
A Business Plan Writing Training was organised by National Computer Board in the context of the ICT Business Idea Competition for the selected 33 teams who have advanced to Round II on the 21st and 22nd February 2014.

The objectives of the Business Plan Writing Training were to:
• Explain the importance of business planning
• Define and describe all the components of a business plan including the financial forecasts.
• Provide access to sample plans and resources that can help them to develop a very good business plan including its financial forecasts at the end of the session.

Participants gave positive feedback about the training:
“It was a good initiative from the NCB to help the selected participants in presenting their business idea, allowing us to think more critically and objectively about our plan.”
“It helped to innovate ideas and be prepared to be a successful technopreneurs.”
“Being only a technologist I think the skills acquired during the training will be helpful in designing the business plan and eventually help to become a technopreneurs. Even if I don't win, I have the necessary tools to start the business.”
“I believe we have enough material and knowledge to produce the business plan. The rest is how motivated I am and to what extent I can dream.”

The following are some photos taken during the training session.
